Anyone that wants to be a member must confess his or her sins and be baptized by immersion in the name of the Father, son and the Holy Spirit. He or she must obtain the following credentials for identification:

All members of brotherhood of the cross and star are called to practise the teachings of the Holy Spirit as contained in the everlasting gospel of the Holy Father among which are that:

Members should always read the holy Scriptures and the everlasting gospel of leader Olumba Olumba Obu as instructed in the first Timothy chapter 4 verse 13 "Give attendance to reading to exhortation, to doctrine" 

Members should always attend morning devotion and evening services, fellowship meetings, bible classes/watch and pray and other activities of the BCS kingdom Mark chapter 11 verse 17 ".. He taught, saying unto them is it not written, my house shall be called of all nations the house of prayer?

Members must not belong to any secret society Cult or any negative fraternity Col. chapter 6 verse eight. for he that soweth to his flesh shall of the flesh reap corruption but he that soweth to the spirit shell of the spirit reap life everlasting

Members must not engage in fetish practices 1Corinthians chapter 6 verse nine

Members of BCS kingdom should sing Palsms spiritual spiritual choruses and songs from brotherhood thymnbooks always. "Let the words of Christ dwell in you richly in all wisdom; teaching and admonishing one another is palsms and hymns, spiritual songs, singing with Grace in your heart to the Lord Colosians chapter 3 verse 16

Members must refrain from sin no matter how minor 1 Thessalonians chapter 5 verse 21-22

Members should conform to official uniform of the brotherhood of the Cross and Star which is the "white garment" (Soutane) complete with cape "And one of the elders answered, saying unto me what these which are arrayed in white robes are? And whence came they?  and I said unto to him sir thou knowest. And he said onto me this are they which came out of great tribulation and have washed their robes, and made them white in the blood of the lamb. Therefore are they before the throne of God and serve him day and night in his temple and he that sitteth on the throne shall dwell among them Revelation 7 verse 13-15.

BCS members should not wear shoes into any place of worship in Brotherhood. And said the Lord to him, put off thy shoes from thy feet: for the place where thou stand is holy ground. Act 7 verse 33. "And the captain of the lord's host said to Joshua, lose thy shoes off thy foot: for the place whereon thou standest is holy: And Joshua did so Joshua.  (Joshua chapter 5 verse 15)

BCS members must at all times be conscious of the fact that God our Father is Holy and all most worship him in spirit and in truth John chapter 4 verse 24
